Mission Statement
Nicholson Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. was formed for the construction of 71 homes in the Aldie, VA, Stone Ridge area in October 2017.
Control of this HOA was transferred to the homeowners by the builder in June of 2022, and an election was held to put the current directors in place for the handling of day-to-day operations of this development. Our prime objectives are to maintain the look and feel of this neighborhood as defined in the charter and architectural guidelines set forth during the formation of this HOA, and to handle the services necessary to provide for the needs of the community and its grounds.
Various committees have been setup and deployed to assist in the maintenance and general services for the community and will also provide the oversight needed to maintain the adherence to the guidelines and conditions of the overall property. Social aspects of the community have been delegated to a social committee for planning and preparation of events involving those residing here. Additionally, an outreach committee has been created for the purpose of connecting with other homeowner associations to share information and build relationships with other communities.
